WE ARE DESIGNERS & BUILDERS
Understanding our client’s needs, their goals and aspirations is the most important part of what we do. So, relationships are at the heart of our job as Designers & Builders.
Their new home or home renovation will reflect who they are and the image they wish to project of themselves. Our mission is to make this a reality by offering a one-stop shop design and construction services.

- You will want to have an idea of how much it will cost before you commit to even have you design completed and approved.
It is our responsibility to help you navigate all of these and to treat each project as if it were our own. The phrase “This is what I would do!” will get a workout during our collaboration.

Fabricio (Fab) Rodriguez
Fab fell in love with the construction industry as a 7-year-old when his parents engaged builders to perform renovation works at the family home.
“My brother and I would literally spend hours watching them at work and most likely, we would have been getting in their way pretending we also were builders”. Fab says.
Over the years, those builders kept coming back for different stages of an ever-expanding home renovation. They became our friends.
Looking back on those interaction. Fab says, they were the very useful early lessons he got on the importance of client-designer-builder relationships.
Fab’s Qualifications and Personal Registrations
- Graduated in 1992 from the Sydney Institute of Technology with an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Architectural Drafting).
- Licensed Builder in NSW since 1997. Lic. No. 78129C.
- Registered Building Practitioner, Domestic Builder (Unlimited) in Victoria Reg. No. DB-U 67352.
- Full Member of the Building Designers Association of Australia. Membership No. 4900-20.
- HIA Member. Membership No. 75465.
- Fab is a director and the nominated registered Building Practitioner for the company.

Fernando Santillan
Fernando’s passion for the construction industry began as a teenager when he started his working life alongside his grandfather who built quality homes for the high-end market.
During this time, he learned traditional construction techniques that are no longer taught to people entering the building industry these days.
“I remember how much I enjoyed getting my hands dirty and helping my Nono (Grandfather) while building our house or working on different projects. He taught me dedication and discipline and that nothing can be achieved without hard work and persistence”. Fernando recalls.
These days, Fernando combines his knowledge of traditional construction methods with modern techniques to deliver incredible home renovation solutions for our customers.
He’s earned an excellent reputation in the construction industry, and in particular, the south-eastern suburb of Melbourne where he works. When you work with Fernando and our team, you can expect a friendly smile and expert advice on products, materials, and finishes.
He possesses outstanding communications skills, and excels in his Project Management abilities, trades co-ordination and problem – solving. He’s also a critical thinker.

- Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management.
- Certificate IV in Business.
- Over fifteen years’ experience in the building and construction industry.
- Fernando is a director and the company’s Project Manager.
